Forest FM is truly a community radio station. That means fully involving local people - that's you! - whether you're part of an organisation, common interest group, local family or simply an individual. We want to hear from you, and about you.

One of the easiest ways to get involved is to give us your requests, dedications and messages. If you or your friends are doing something interesting, if you're celebrating something or you just want to hear a particular piece of music then why not let us know!

We can also arrange for you to record a message or even visit our studio and deliver it personally!
