Torture ! - Rock Programme presenter Paul Jerome was locked in Studio B and subjected to 2 hours of nonstop Lily Allen (the same song over and over in fact). Then Steven made him sing it on air ! All in a good cause though ! Thanks to Steven Long and Paul Jerome, over £200 was raised for Children In Need for 2007

Forest FM supported the Big Quit Dorset recently at Ferndown. The event was run by NHS Smokestop and Forest FM were on hand to direct people toward the nicotine patches !
Forest FM were at the Verwood Guide HQ on Sunday March 11th where the 2007 Carnival Queen (Melissa Elsworth) and Princesses(Olivia Clarke and Emily Trim) were chosen.
